DiZiC provides a complete OEM solution from end to end. Starting with basic sketches and concepts we create all the necessary blueprints and design files to make a product. We manage the complete manufacturing cycles including casing mold design, eBOM, and mechanical parts sourcing through to PCB building. Once the boards are assembled, the devices are completely tested with in-house developed hardware jigs and software scripts to make sure all performs 100% as expected.

Printed Circuit Boards
We work in close cooperation with PCB manufacturers in order to provide the most adequate solution in term of technological requirements and cost targets. Several material arrangements and stack-up (Flexible PCB, FR4, Rodgers, … ) are available. We will help you to figure out the best combination to meet all your demands. Various options are available standard plated hole, laser vias (blind, buried, stacked, in-pad, … ), copper thickness and surface finishes HASL, OSP, ENIG and hard Gold.

eBOM
DiZiC has a strong network of suppliers and parts manufacturers to be able to source quickly quality and cost effective parts. We make sure to find the parts, components and accessories in compliance with the RoHS and Reach standards. We make sure components are at the right price and available, we check for possible 2nd sources and monitor parts life cycle (inventory, last time buy, end of life, …).
Assembly
The assembly process follows IPC recommendations. Surface mounted and through hole style of components can be mounted on PCB or flex PCB. For boards having a high level of DIP parts selective wave soldering can be used. Overall the most advanced full in line SMT assembly with optical control at paste printing, components placement and reflow soldering. The final stage after soldering is verified through a 3D optical control.
Test and Verification
Testing and inspection is a critical step in the electronic assembly process. Based on customers requirements DiZiC will implement a stringent test process to make sure the products are working as specified. Test jigs are custom designed, developed and manufactured. We use common quality management practices through SOPs and Kan-ban methodology.
Enclosure and Packing
We are able to provide different casing or enclosure solutions. Prototyping can be done through 3D printing. We can handle the complete process from plastic parts design through to mold manufacturing and finally plastic injection.
Depending on needs, acrylic sheet laser cutting and bending might also be an option. Sheet metal for shielding or extremely sturdy support can be proposed including customs laser engraving. Accessories can also be added like connectors, switches, covering caps and much more.

We offer a variety of packaging options and materials like blisters or cardboard. We can manage the layout and stencil design as well as Marcom documents printing. If tracking and identification is required we possess several label printers with capabilities up to 600dpi. Additionally we provide recycled anti-ESD Bag and Honeycomb paper wrapping cushioning to make sure the products are well protected. The paper work and cardboard boxes are 100% FSC sourced and printed with eco friendly soy ink.
